In our next beginner’s, hand embroidery workshop, you’ll create your own Christmas wreath decoration. How cute are these?! This 2.5 hour workshop will be hosted by Joanna of Danskin Embroidery on Thursday, 12th December, from 6pm-830pm. You’ll take home a festive, hand-stitched ornament + a new skill!
In the workshop, you’ll learn the basics of hand embroidery step-by-step, so there is no need for any previous experience. You’ll be working on a Christmas wreath design set inside a lovely, tree-green hoop. After the stitching is complete, you will be shown how to back the hoop and attach your ribbon so it is ready for hanging or gifting!
The fun of this project is evergreen (excuse the pun!), as you'll be able to say ‘I made that!’ every year you decorate your tree. The ticket price includes: hands-on instruction + all materials, which are yours to take home (along with your finished piece), so you can practice your new skills some more.
The Craft Pottery is BYOB so feel free to bring along any drinks or snacks you'd like, to up your festive feels. This class has a max of 8 spaces.
