Kids' Pottery Taster for 1 Voucher

The kids’ taster session is an introductory session to handmade ceramics. The class starts with a 30min hand-building session, then moves on to the potters’ wheel. You will learn to throw basic cylinder forms and create your own pots. Pieces are ready for collection 2-3 weeks after class…once fired, you can either return to paint your own pieces (£7 extra) or just have them glazed clear to show the natural clay colour. All instruction, materials, finishing glaze and firing costs included in price. Classes can be tailored to your preference and age (more hand-building vs. more wheel).
