• We only send out a monthly newsletter to people who have submitted their name and email to our "Subscribe Now" form. We  do not send marketing information to anyone who has just  purchased something from us or made a booking.

How long we keep information  

We keep emails submitted to our “Subscribe Now” form as long as the person  chooses to keep subscribing. They can opt out at any time. We keep all  personal information until after the booking date has passed. Then we only  keep the handwritten contact sheets filled out by the customer in-studio. We  will contact the customer to pick up between 7-10 days after painting, then  we allot for an 4 week time period to pick up and contact once or twice more  within that time period. All physical contact sheets will be disposed of  annually.
